Abolition of Post Professional Secondary Branch at the Ministry of Communications and Bank of the Public Mail Foundation

President
Based on the Constitution

and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 23-01-1437 A.H., 05-11-2015,

The following are issued:

Article 1

The professional post secondary branch of the Ministry of Communications and Justice is abolished in the Public Enterprise for the Updated Post of the Legislative Decree No. 5 /1962// Amended Legislative Decree No. 41/ (2003 /2003) .

Article 2

All provisions in contravention of this Act shall be repealed.

Article 3

This law is published in the Official Journal.
Damascus on 26-01-1437 A.H., 08-11-2015, is my birth.
