Amendment to the Military Service Act of Legislative Decree 18 of 2003

President
Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 21-02-1437 A.H., 03-12-2015,

The following are issued:

Article 1

The last segment of article 87, paragraph 4, of the Military Service Act is rolled out Legislative Decree No. 18 of 2003 which was added under Article IV of Legislative Decree no. 4/Date 18-04-2006.
Replace with the following segment:
-Taking into account the provisions of paragraphs (3.4) of this article, the volunteer corporal is entitled to the rank of sergeant of the salary level adjacent to his or her degree in the salary scale.

Article 2

Table 3/Enclosing salaries for the queue of officers and volunteer personnel from the first paragraph of article 87 /87 of the Military Service Act promulgated by Legislative Decree No. 18 //2003 and its amendments in accordance with the attached template are reorganized.

This law is published in the Official Journal.
