Based on the Constitution
As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date 20-02-1437 A.H., 02-12-2015,
The following are issued:
Article 1
Amend paragraphs (b) and (c) of article 20 / Legislative Decree No. 6/Date 12-04-2007 To become the following:
b. Births are recorded a year after their occurrence and prior to the completion of their 18-year-old owners and deaths one year after their occurrence by the appropriate Civil Registry Secretary based on police officers
c. Only after a decision by a subcommission, which is made up of a decision by the Governor at the centre of each governorate, is registered at the time of the decision of a subcommission at the centre of each governorate, and the Commission is competent to decide on the facts within its scope of work.
