Amendment of Legislative Decree No. 12 of 2014

Approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 20/5/1437 A.H. 28/2/2016 .

The following is issued :

Article 1

Add paragraph/c to the provisions of Article 4 / Legislative Decree No. 12 /12 of 2014 of organizing A transactional career. As follows:

(c) In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 119 of 1951, those who have not been assigned to their professional associations according to their provisions for circumstances beyond their control may be estimated by the competent authorities to submit applications to associations wishing to associate themselves with the provisions of Law No. 119/1951. To them in any of the governorates of the Syrian Arab Republic within one year from the date of the enactment of this law.

Article 2

This law is published in the Official Journal.
