Act No. 17

President of the Republic

Based on the provisions of the Constitution.

At its 1-7-1438th meeting, the People ' s Assembly adopted resolution 29.3-2017.

Issue:

Article /1/

Nurses employed by public authorities are transporting the pilot programme within the open education system of second-class students to first-class nurses after having obtained university leave in nursing, with acquitted vacancies and the corresponding second-class vacancies.

Article /2

Persons covered by the provisions of the preceding article shall be obliged to serve the State for a period not less than twice the duration of their university studies.

Article 3
In applying the provisions of this Act, the monthly wages of persons covered by it shall be taken into account in accordance with the salary scale and categories attached to the Basic Law on State Workers No. 50 of 2004 and its amendments.

Article 4

The Minister of Health issues executive instructions to this Act.

Article 5

This law is published in the Official Gazette.
