Act No. 15

President of the Republic

Based on the provisions of the Constitution.

At its 1-7-1438 meeting, the People ' s Assembly approved the migration of 29.3-2017 miles.

Issue:

Article/1/

Extends the provisions of Act No. 4 of 2016, which exempts employers participating in the Public Enterprise for Social Insurance from the benefits and additional amounts incurred by them and all categories of the debtor and covered by the provisions of Act No. 5.1-2017 and 4.1-2018.

This law is published in the Official Gazette.
