Based on the provisions of the Constitution.

At its 2-7-1438 meeting, the People ' s Assembly approved the migration of 30-3-2017.

Issue:

Article 1

Amend article 32 of Act No. 2 of 11-3-2014 M

As it comes.

Article 32 (a) imposes a fine of 1,000 Syrian pounds on anyone who exceeds the period of residence or poison for each day, until six months, and determines the manner in which it is collected in accordance with established laws and regulations.

(b) The Minister shall exempt the offender from this fine if he or she provides an acceptable excuse within seven days from the date of the communication of the offence.

(c) If the offender does not pay the fine within seven days, the fine shall be transferred to the competent judicial authority and the fine specified in paragraph (a) of this article shall be doubled.

(d) If the offence exceeds six months, the offender shall be sentenced to one month to six months ' imprisonment and a fine of 500,000 Syrian pounds.
