As approved by the People ' s Assembly at its 107th meeting, on 1438 H, 6/3/2017 M
Issue:
Article 1
Add a provision of 1.737.032 L.A. and only 32 billion Syrian pounds,7.7 million to the provisions of section IV (Conversion expenses, section 19202/ Public debt) of the State ' s general budget for the fiscal year 2014/7. The cumulative old payment is made to the following institutions and companies:

Article 2
Add an amount equivalent to the appropriations added under article I of this Act to the table of estimates of the State ' s general budget income for the fiscal year 2014/07:

Article 3
Provisions added under article I of this Law shall be made under liquidating and disbursing orders issued by the Minister of Finance in accordance with the attached schedule and shall be credited to the State ' s General Budget of 2017 without any monetary performance.
Article 4
Reimbursed enterprises and companies shall exempt tax and direct fees from fines, sanctions and benefits for reimbursements under the provisions of this Act.
Article 5
The Minister of Finance shall make the necessary corrections to the amounts processed from the indebtedness of the stakeholders (import and maintenance) restrictively from the records of reconciliation in the event that he or she has obtained a disagreement on the amounts treated from the indebtedness contained in this Act so as not to increase such adjustments in those amounts.
Article 6
The Minister of Finance shall issue the executive instructions necessary to implement the provisions of this Act.

This law is published in the Official Gazette.
