Order 17 on the adaptation of military insurance benefits to changes in wages and prices

(AM Order on Adaptation)

The Swiss Federal Council,

Having regard to art. 28, para. 4, 40, para. 3, 43 and 49, para. 4, of the Federal Military Insurance Act of June 19, 1992 (AML) 1 ,

Stops:

Art. 1 Increase in annuities under s. 43, para. 1, LAM

1 Annuities referred to in s. 43, para. 1, LAM which were allocated in 2014 and above are increased by 0.9 %.

2 Annuities referred to in s. 43, para. 1, LAM that were allocated in 2015 are increased by 0.5 %.

Art. 2 Decisive Year and Amount of Adaptation

The decisive year and the amount of the adjustment shall be fixed in accordance with Art. 24 of the Military Insurance Order of 10 November 1993 1 .


Art. 3 Index Level

1 For annuities that are to be increased by s. 1, the increase in nominal wages is considered to be offset to a maximum of 2382 points in the nominal wage index (June 1939 = 100).

2 For annuities subject to s. 43, para. 2, LAM, the deemed price increase is 100.5 points in the Swiss consumer price index (December 2010 = 100).

3 For the annual amount used as the basis for the calculation of the annuities for breach of integrity, the deemed price increase is 100.5 percentage points of the Swiss consumer price index (December 2010 = 100).

Art. 4 Repeal of another act

The AM order of 5 November 2014 on adaptation 1 Is repealed.
