The boundary is rectified in the following areas:

On the entry into force of this Convention, the Permanent Delegates to the Franco-Swiss Border are responsible for proceeding, in respect of the sectors defined in Art. 1, to:
2. After completion of the said work, a record with tabels, plans and descriptions of the new route, confirming the implementation of this Convention, shall be attached as an integral part of this Convention.
3. The costs relating to the implementation of this work shall be split in half between the two States.
The preceding provisions repeal the earlier provisions relating to these sectors included in previous minutes.
This Convention shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of receipt of the last instrument of ratification.
