Art. 1 1 Preferential Customs Scheme

For oilseeds listed in Annex 1 for the manufacture of human food, feed or other oils, the customs duty is, per 100 kg, less than 13 francs at the straight rate for the determining share of torteaux Of pressure or extraction.

Art. 2 1 Performance Values

1 The performance values for agricultural products are set out in Appendix 1.

2 The performance values for processing products and grains for human consumption are set out in Appendix 2.

Art. 2 A 1 Standard Revenue for Prepared Animal Food

1 For goods of tariff item No. 2309.9011/9082/9089 of the customs tariff 2 , the customs duty shall be calculated in proportion to the standard recipe for prepared animal feed listed in Annex 3.

2 For the goods of tariff item No. 2309.9081, the customs duty shall be calculated in proportion to the standard recipe for prepared animal feed set out in Annex 3.

Art. 3 Subsequent payment of customs duties

1 If, in a processing undertaking, the quantity of imported agricultural products not used for feedingstuffs is found, on average in a calendar year, below the performance values set out in Annex 2, the undertaking shall be To pay customs duties on the difference in respect of the minimum return at the rate applicable at the time of birth of the obligation to pay the amount due as customs duties. If this time cannot be determined, the average of the rates applied in the calendar year concerned is used. 1

2 The Federal Customs Administration shall decide on the subsequent payment on the basis of the reports of the processors or the checks carried out there.

Art. 4 Reserve for future payment

If a lesser value is the result of the conversion, then the amount of the customs duties to be paid in proportion to the lesser of the value of the feed shall be reduced.

Art. 5 Executing

The Federal Customs Administration is responsible for enforcement.

Art. 6 Entry into force

This amendment shall enter into force on 1 Er January 1999.

Transitional Provision of the Amendment of 25 June 2008 6

Customs duties calculated in accordance with s. 2 A Are increased by one franc per 100 kg of 1 Er Jul. 2009 to 30 June 2011.
