In order to facilitate the administration of justice, the Swiss Federal Council and the German Imperial Government agreed as follows:
German judicial authorities are allowed to correspond directly with the Federal Intellectual Property Office in cases of rights relating to the protection of industrial property.
The Imperial Patent Office (kaiserlich. Patentamt) Is authorized to correspond directly with the Swiss judicial authorities in cases of rights relating to the protection of industrial property.
The Imperial Patent Office is also authorized to correspond directly with the Federal Office of Intellectual Property in cases relating to the protection of industrial property, but which do not necessarily claim The assistance of justice.
This statement will deploy its effects from 1 Er January 1900, and will remain in effect for the six months following its denunciation by one of the two Contracting Parties.
