Parking stations n O 8, 11, and 12 reserved as a priority for aircraft subject to French formalities and controls of en-trée or exit. This area has a length of 225 m and a width of 100 m measured from the angle of the south-west facade of the "big carrier" pavilion and the front of the terminal building on the runway.

Parking stations n O 14, 15 and 16, as well as the corresponding paths, where a "large carrier" is subject to the French entry or exit formalities and controls. This area has a length of 225 m and a width of 100 m measured from the angle of the northeast facade of the "large carrier" pavilion and the passenger gallery providing access.

Inside the terminal, the aisle entrance and exit of the baggage to the height of the support pillars in the luggage room, including the three bays adjacent to the sector assigned to the French agents. It is delimited on the attached Plan No. 2 2 .

The area in the General Aviation Centre (C 2) is divided into two areas:

A sector used in common by the agents of the two states comprising all of the traffic area delineated on plan n O 1 attached 1 ;

A sector reserved for French agents, including the local area on the west corner of the ground floor of the administrative building.

The area in the building (C 3) is divided into two areas:

A sector used in common by the agents of the two states comprising all of the traffic area delineated on plan n O 1 attached 1 ;

A sector reserved for French agents, including the local area to the right of the entrance door (on the Jura side), next to the premises reserved for Swiss agents.

A sector used in common by the agents of the two states, located inside the cargo halle operated by Swissair, on the side of the tarmac, between points E. 14-G. 0 and 3.4-4.0, according to plan n O 3 attached 1 ;

The office and store located northeast of the cargo hall, between pillars I-J and 3-4, as well as the offices installed on the mezzanine, according to plan n O 3 attached 2 ;

Three Planes 1 In the numbered area 1, 2 and 3, are an integral part of the arrangement.

If an aeroplane subject to the French entry or exit checks and formalities was to park exceptionally outside the areas defined in Articles 2, 3 and 4, the area occupied by the aeroplane and the journey from the area affected to the French agents or driving, are considered, for the duration of the parking, as part of the zone.

This Agreement repeals that of August 29, 1983 1 Relating to the creation in the Geneva-Cointrin airport of a juxtaposed national office.

This arrangement may be denounced by each of the two Governments with six months' notice. The denunciation shall take effect on the first day of the month following the date of the due date of the notice.

The Swiss Federal Council has approved the provisions of this Agreement.

The Embassy therefore proposes that the present note and that which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may wish to address in response shall be, in accordance with Article 1 Er , paragraph 4, of the aforementioned Convention of 28 September 1960 2 , the agreement between the two Governments on the confirmation of the arrangement for the establishment of a national control office juxtaposed at the Geneva-Cointrin airport. It suggests that this arrangement enter into force on December 19, 1994.
