The acts of the European Union referred to in Annexes 1 and 2 shall apply as technical requirements for the implementation of the Federal Law of 21 March 2014 on Construction Products (LPCo) 2 And the OPCW.

The implementing acts applicable in the European Union (EU) under Art. 65, para. 2, Regulation (EU) n O 305/2011 2 Are mentioned as acts of the EU in Annex I, chap. 16, Section I, of the Agreement of 21 June 1999 between the Swiss Confederation and the European Community on mutual recognition in the field of conformity assessment 3 As long as these implementing acts are valid in the EU, they constitute implementing provisions within the meaning of Art. 35, para. 3, LPCo 4 .
