The basic contribution to the equalization of resources paid by the Confederation for the years 2016 to 2019 is 2,247,816,270 francs per year.

The basic contribution to the equalization of resources paid by the cantons with high resource potential for the years 2016 to 2019 amounts to 1,535 191 191 158 francs per year.

¹ The Federal Council is responsible for recalculating the contributions referred to in s. 1 and 2. It takes into account the following:

For the contribution set out in s. 1, the evolution of the resource potential of all the cantons during the years 2015 and 2016 and then deduces the amount of 98 135,244 francs;

B.

For the contribution set out in s. 2, the evolution of the resource potential of the cantons with a high potential of resources during the years 2015 and 2016 and then deduces the amount of 66,896 487 francs.

² The adjustments take place with the adoption of the figures for the 2016 reference year.
