They can also enter in the register the data referred to in para. 1, relating to persons engaged in a medical profession subject to licensing under cantonal legislation.
They declare to the FOPH following sensitive data on the medical professionals as an independent: a. the restriction to the authorization, withdrawal or refusal of permission to practice as well as date and reason of the restriction, the withdrawal or refusal; (b) the lifting of restrictions and his date c. the warning, the date and the reason for the warning; d. blame it , the date and the reason for the blame; e. the sentence to a fine, the amount, the date and the reason for the fine; f. the restraining of practice as an independent, the dates of beginning and end so that the reason for the temporary ban; g. the definitive prohibition to practice independently for all or part of the field of activity, the date and the reason for the final ban.

Art. 18aEmoluments users of the standard interface referred to in art. 13, art. 1, let. b, pay fees, calculated based on the time devoted to the processing of their application: a. a single fee of 3,000 francs at most for the processing of their application and the Board in programming of the standard interface, including the certificate and training of users; ETB. an annual fee of 5000 francs at most for technical assistance, the renewal of the certificate, the extension of the capacity of the server, and control of the quality of the data.

Users who are also data providers are exempted from the obligation to pay the fees.
For the rest, the General order of 8 September 2004 on the fees is applicable.
