S. 2 duration and start the initial vocational training lasts 3 years.
The beginning of initial vocational training is coordinated with the beginning of the training provided by the vocational school attended.

Trainees must acquire all of operational skills. Are excluded the operational skills mentioned in the al. 1, let d, c. 3, 4 and 5; the training company must choose one of these skills as a specific area for the person in training.

Section 6 minimum requirements of trainers and maximum number of trainees in the art business 10 minimum requirements of trainers the minimal requirements of trainers within the meaning of art. 44, al. 1, let. a and b, OFPr are fulfilled by: a. production chemical and pharmaceutical technologists CFC with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of training that they provide; b. operators in chemistry qualified with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of training that they provide; c. holders of a CFC in a related occupation for required professional knowledge to chemical production technologists and pharmaceutical CFC and at least 5 years professional experience in the field of the training they provide; d. holders of a title corresponding to higher vocational training; e. holders of corresponding graduated from a high school for at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of the training they provide.

S. 11 maximum number of trainees in the business enterprises which have a trainer held 100% or two occupied trainers each at least 60% can form one another person can be formed for each additional professional occupied 100% or for each additional group of two professionals each at least 60% occupied.

c. General culture. This area of qualification is regulated by the order of the Delia of 27 April 2006 on the minimum requirements for the general culture in initial vocational training.
In each area of qualification, benefits are evaluated by at least two experts for the exams.

S. 24 responsible bodies and organisation business courses the bodies responsible for the business courses are: a. scienceindustries, b. Swiss Association of operators in chemistry.

In consultation with the relevant organizations of the world of work, Township may entrust the Organization of business courses at another institution, particularly if the quality or the Organization of these courses can no longer be ensured.
