732.345 order with respect to the commitment of military assets as part of the coordinated AC protection and benefit of the national central alarm (OEMAC) of December 14, 1995 (status on April 1, 1996) the federal military Department (DMF), view the art. 4, al. 3, of the Ordinance of December 3, 1990, on the national alarm, stop: art. 1 purpose this order regulates the commitment of military resources in staff and equipment as part of the coordinated AC protection and for the benefit of the national central alarm (NEOC) for disaster relief in the country.

Art. 2 staff the following military may be available: a. AC protection officers; b. the military of the laboratory has SPAC 86 or laboratories AC of the companies of the regiments territorial command of city staff and territorial brigades; c. Art. 3 means in material the following material resources can be made available: a. helicopters of the army with sensing equipment A helicopter; b. helicopters of the army for the commitment of the arm; c. the equipment of the laboratory A SPAC 86 or laboratories AC companies of staff of the territorial regiments of the city command and territorial brigades; d. personal material of protection ABC; e. measuring devices and AC detection devices.

Art. 4 prerequisites the assistance on request and only when civilian authorities cannot fulfill their tasks themselves, due to the lack of staff, equipment or time. Fact exception spontaneous assistance provided by the troop.

Outside working hours, the AC protection service Division and the Commander of the Park of aviation and defense against 35 aircraft can be joined through the picket line of the federal military Department.

Art. 6 coordination the Chief of the Division of the AC protection service is responsible for coordination in the field of the AC means.

Art. 7 decision and set up when the national defence service is ordered, the decision on aid application belongs to the command of the army.
In an emergency, the Chief of the general staff ordered the commitment of the military referred to in art. 2, let. a and b, as well as provision of the means in material according to art. 3. the order must be reported without delay to the DMF.

Art. 8 kind of services the military referred to in art. 2 carry out a support service, unless the federal Council directs the active service.

Art. 9 commitment military personnel are made available to the cantonal authorities and of the NEOC.
