Order of the Federal Assembly on the Daily Allowances and the Travel Allowances of the Deputy Judges of the Federal Patent Court 1

On 20 March 2009 (State 1 Er January 2014)

The Swiss Federal Assembly,

See art. 17 of the Law of 20 March 2009 on the Federal Patent Court 2 , given the message of the Federal Council of 7 December 2007 3 ,

Stops:

Art. 1 Allowances of Deputy Judges

The daily allowances, hourly rates and travel allowances of the alternate judges of the Federal Patent Court shall be governed by the order of the Federal Assembly of 23 March 2007 concerning the daily allowances and the Travel allowances for judges of the Federal Court 1 .

Art. 3 Entry into force

This order shall enter into force on the same day as the Act of 20 March 2009 on the Federal Patent Court 1 .
