411.3 Federal law concerning the provision of subsidies to the cantonal School of French language of Berne on June 19, 1981, the Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation, see article 115 of the federal constitution; considering the message of the federal Council of November 12, 1980, stop: art. 1 the Confederation participates in the coverage of expenses of the canton of Berne for the cantonal School of French language of Berne.

Art. 2. the Confederation allocates has. An annual grant amounting to 25 percent of operating costs; b. A one-time grant amounting to 40 percent of the costs of construction and development of a new school building.

Art. 3. the federal Council sets the conditions of the granting of subsidies in accordance with the canton of Bern, the town of Berne, society of the school of French language of Berne and Foundation "School of French language of Berne".

Art. 4. the federal decree of December 18, 1959, subsidizing the Foundation "School of French language of Berne" is repealed.

Art. 5. this Act is subject to optional referendum.
The federal Council shall determine the date of entry into force.
