741.694.541 order setting the quota of triangular traffic improperly said heavy motor vehicles intended for the transport of goods and registered in Italy on 30 June 1993 (State on January 1, 2007) the Swiss federal Council, view the art. 103 and 106, al. 8, of the Act of 19 December 1958 on the traffic, stop: art. 1 triangular traffic improperly said improperly triangular traffic includes any transport of goods between the Switzerland and a third country, performed by vehicles registered in Italy, provided that these do not pass through the Italy.

Art. 2 contingent improperly said triangular traffic with Switzerland (transport of goods) carried out by vehicles registered in Italy is subject to a quota.
Are exempt motor vehicles with a total weight in charge allowed up to 3.5 tons.
The federal Department of the environment, transport, energy and communications (DETEC) fixed the annual quota.

The name of the administrative unit has been adapted in application of art. 16 al. 3 o from 17 nov. 2004 on official publications (RS 170.512.1). This amendment has been made throughout the text.

Art. 3 allocation of the quota the DETEC grants the contingent to the Italian authorities.
The federal Office of transport gives the annual quota to the Italian Ministry of transport at the beginning of each calendar year.

Art. 4 Swiss authorities control sheet must be presented on request to the Swiss authorities.
At the border crossing, the control sheet must be submitted to the bodies of Swiss customs for obliteration.

Art. Criminal 5Disposition anyone who does not meet the obligation to present the check sheet and to obliterate is punished by the fine.

New content according to art. 333 of the penal code (RS 311.0), in the content of the Federal ACT of 13 Dec. 2002, in force since Jan. 1. 2007 (RO 2006 3459).

Art. 6 entry into force this order comes into force on July 1, 1993.
