515.08 federal law on support to the elimination and non-proliferation of chemical weapons of 21 March 2003 (State on July 22, 2003) the Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation, view of art. 54, al. 1, of the Constitution, given the message of the federal Council of 20 September 2002, stop: art. 1 purpose this law regulates support by the Confederation of international efforts of elimination and non-proliferation universal and non-polluting of chemical weapons.

Art. 2 measures the Confederation may: a. make aid financial one-off or recurring; b. provide benefits in-kind; c. send experts.

These measures may be taken by multilateral or bilateral projects.

Art. 3 financing the Federal Assembly granted by simple federal decrees of the multi-year framework credits to finance the measures referred to in this Act.

Art. 4 jurisdiction the federal Council determines the measures to be taken under this Act.

Art. 5 international agreements the federal Council may conclude international agreements concerning: a. the use of funds from executives credit; (b) sending experts.

Art. 6 referendum and entry into force the present law is subject to the referendum.
The federal Council shall determine the date of entry into force.

Date of entry into force: 1 August 2003 RO 2003 2165 RS 101 FF 2002 6187 ACF of 25 June 2003 (RO 2003 2166).
