Art. 2 conceptual Elements the federal Office for agriculture (FOAG) offers electronic design elements intended for official signs in the four national languages and in English.
Anyone who wishes to use the conceptual elements in another language must submit them to the approval of the FOAG.
Art. 3 use of the conceptual elements of the signs can be used with or without text. The typeface used is Helvetica Neue LT.
The following colors should be used: a. the Pantone 300 C for the sign of mountain (blue); b. the Pantone 396 C for the sign of Alp (green); c. the Pantone 485 C for the Swiss cross (red).
The signs with text have a minimum height of 8 mm. Without text, they must not be less than 5 mm in height.
The signs can be reproduced in black and white if a realisation in color is not sensible or there are chromatic conflicts with other signs. In this case, the Swiss cross should be performed in black and white.
The signs may be the same color as the packing instructions if they are one-colour. The Swiss cross should also be reproduced in the same color.
The signs can be represented by a graphic negative application.
The signs must be clearly separated if they are combined with other signs. If they are used with other signs of warranty, they must have a comparable size.
Art. 4 entry into force this order comes into force on July 1, 2014.
