916.407 order with respect to the allocation of contributions to pay the costs of disposal of animal by-products on 10 November 2004 (Status January 1, 2016) the Swiss federal Council, view the art. 45, art. 3, and 53, al. 1, of the Act of 1 July 1966 on epizootics, stop: art. 1 the following contributions contributions are allocated to pay the costs of disposal of animal by-products that must be incinerated or disposed of in another way under arts. 22 to 24 of the order of 25 May 2011 on the disposal of animal by-products (OESPA): a. 25 francs per calf allocated to operations where the calf was born; b. 25 francs per animal of the bovine species shot allocated to slaughter; c. 4 fr. 50 per animal of the ovine, caprine and swine species shot allocated to slaughter; d. 25 francs per shot equine allocated to slaughter; e. for slaughtered poultry 12 francs per ton of weight allocated to the slaughterhouse.

Art. 2circumstances related to the allocation of contributions contributions for cattle are allocated: a. when the database on trafficking in animals has received the notification of the birth of the animal; b. when database on trafficking in animals has received the notification of slaughter of the animal and when at the time of the notification of slaughter: 1. the notification of the birth is registered in the data bank on trafficking of animals , and que2. the status of the history of the animal is 'OK' or 'temporarily OK' according to art. 3, al. 1, of the Ordinance of October 26, 2011 the BDTA.

Contributions for pigs are allocated when the database on trafficking in animals has received notification of the slaughtering of an animal.
Contributions for equines are allocated when: a. the database on trafficking in the animals received the notification of slaughter of the animal; and Frenchie. the database on trafficking in animals has received notice of identification, as long as the animal was born after January 1, 2011.

Contributions for poultry are allocated when the application was received by the database operator.
Contributions are allocated to the Packers if they did eliminate animal by-products in enterprises of elimination and that they meet the conditions laid down in art. 36, al. 2, OESPA.

RS 916.404.1 RS 916.441.22 art. 3Versement of contributions and compensation operator of the data bank on trafficking of animals establish an account and pays the contributions. It can compensate through these contributions the emoluments owed by farmers under the order of October 28, 2015 about fees related to the traffic of the animals.

Art. 4 remedies anyone who contests the count of contributions or taxes collected at slaughter may, within a period of 30 days, apply to the federal Office of agriculture to make a decision.
The decision is subject to appeal in accordance with the General provisions of the Federal procedure.
