941.15 federal decree concerning the accession of the Switzerland to the General arrangements to borrow from the international monetary fund of 14 December 1983 (State on December 14, 1983) the Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation, see article 8 of the federal constitution; considering the message of the federal Council of 29 June 1983, stop: art. 1. membership of the Switzerland in the General arrangements to borrow from the international monetary fund is approved.
The federal Council is allowed to give his membership to the participation of the Switzerland to the General arrangements to borrow for the new period of validity of five years.
The Swiss National Bank has as a participating institution to the General arrangements to borrow. She collaborates with the federal Council for the implementation of the Swiss participation. The federal Council fixes the modalities of application after agreement with the National Bank. The federal Council informed the rooms on the participation of Switzerland in the General arrangements to borrow.
The appropriations granted by the SNB under the General arrangements to borrow are not guaranteed by the Confederation.

SR 0.941.15 art. 2. in the declaration of membership in General to loan agreements that it will send to the international monetary fund, the federal Council will reference the principles established by the Federal law of 19 March 1976 on international development cooperation and humanitarian aid, principles that must be observed during campaigns in favour of developing countries.
