831.108 order 15 on the adaptations to the evolution of wages and prices in the AHV pension, to have it and EO of October 15, 2014 (Status January 1, 2016) the Swiss federal Council, view the art. 9, 10, al. 1, and 33 of the Federal Act of 20 December 1946 on old-age insurance and survivors (LAVS), view the art. 3, al. 1, of the Federal Act of 19 June 1959 on disability insurance (LAI), view the art. 16, art. 2, 16f, al. 1 and 27, al. 2, of the Act of September 25, 1952, on allowances for loss of income (eOG), stop: Section 1 pension and survivors art. 1 sliding scale of contributions limits of the sliding scale of contributions of persons performing an independent gainful activity are fixed as follows: CHF a. the upper limit under art. 8, al. 1, LAVS is 56 400 b. the lower limit under art. 8, al. 1, LAVS is of 9,400 art. 2 minimum contribution of policy holders exercising a self-employed gainful activity and insureds don't exercise any gainful activity limit income from a profitable independent activity within the meaning of art. 8, al. 2, LAVS is set at 9300 francs.
The minimum contribution of persons engaged in a lucrative independent, scheduled to the art. 8, al. 2, LAVS, and that of the insured no activity no lucrative, scheduled to the art. 10, al. 1, LAVS, are attached to 392 francs per year. In the voluntary insurance, the minimum contribution under art. 2, al. 4 and 5, LAVS is set at 784 francs per year.
Art. 3 common rents the minimum amount of the full retirement pension according to art. 34, al. 5, LAVS is at 1175 francs.
Full and partial pensions in course are adapted so that the determining average annual income, which served as a base is increased. Valid pension from 1 January 2015 tables are applicable.
New full and partial pension may not be less than the old ones.
Art. 4 level index annuities tailored by virtue of art. 3, al. 2, match 213,6 pensions index points. Under the terms of art. 33, al. 2, LAVS, pension index equals the average arithmetic mean of the two following values: a. 192,0 points to the evolution of prices, corresponding to a level of 99.5 points (December 2010 = 100) of the Swiss consumer price index; b. 235,2 points to the evolution of wages, corresponding to a level of 2361 points (June 1939 = 100) nominal wages index.
Art. 5. other benefits in addition to ordinary annuities, all other AHV benefits and have the amount which depends on the ordinary annuity under the Act or regulations are increased accordingly.
Section 2 disability art. 6. the minimum contribution of persons not engaged in any gainful activity insured obligatorily, under art. 3, al. 1, LAI, is unchanged and amounts to 65 francs a year; Optionally insured persons without gainful activity is unchanged and amounts to 130 francs a year.
Section 3 allowances for loss of income art. 7 maximum amount of the total allocation amount maximum of the total allowance provided in art. 16A EOG is unchanged and amounts to 245 francs a day.
The maximum amount of the allowance provided for in art. 16F, al. 1, EOG is unchanged and amounts to 196 francs a day.
Art. 8 index level the amount maximum of the total allocation is unchanged and corresponds to an index of 2218 points of the index of wages established by the federal Office of statistics (June 1939 = 100).
Art. Minimum 9Cotisation the minimum contribution of insured working no lucrative, scheduled activity in art. 27, al. 2, EOG, amounts to 21 francs a year.
