831.426.3 order on the adjustment of pensions to survivors and ongoing disability to the evolution of prices of the Swiss federal Council on 16 September 1987, view of art. 36, al. 1, of the Federal Act of 25 June 1982 on the occupational old-age, survivors and disability (LPP), stop: art. 1. first adaptation annuities for survivors and ongoing disability for more than three years will be adapted for the first time to the evolution of prices at the beginning of the calendar year that will follow.
The rate adaptation is the increase in the Swiss price index for consumption between September of the year during which the pension began to run and the September preceding the year in which adaptation needs to intervene. The federal social insurance Office publishes the rate adaptation.

Art. 2 subsequent adaptations subsequent adaptations take place at the same time as the adaptations of the old-age insurance pension and survivors.
The rate of subsequent adaptations is the increase in the Swiss index of prices to the consumer between the month of September leading up to the year of the last adjustment and the September preceding the year in which the new adaptation must intervene. The federal social insurance Office publishes the rate adaptation.

Art. 3 special cases when a survivors pension succeeds to a disability pension, or a current pension mutates, account is taken of the period so far.

Art. 4 entry into force this order comes into force on January 1, 1988.
