442.124 order of the DFI instituting a system of encouragement of organizations of cultural professional actors for the year 2016 November 25, 2015 (Status January 1, 2016) the federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA), view the art. 28, al. 1, of the Act of December 11, 2009 on the promotion of culture (LEC), stop: Section 1 purposes art. 1. the support of organizations of professional culture actors aims to improve the General conditions in which professional culture actors exercise their discipline.
Section 2 Contributions structural art. 2. organizations of professional cultural actors can receive financial assistance for their structural costs.
There is no right to a support.
Organizations whose goals are mainly school teaching, training or sciences receive no support.
Section 3 terms formal art. 3 activities of organizations must: a. be active nationally in the sense of art. 6, al. 2, let. d, CEM; b. be active continuously for at least three years; c. be representative of the whole of their discipline.
In the field of theatre, organizations working closely and institutionalized with active partners in other language regions can receive support, even if they are active mainly in their own language region.
Art. 4 benefits of organizations must provide services in at least six of the following areas: a. information on working conditions; b. dissemination and exploitation of works c. information on social security; d. training, continuous training or retraining; e. assistance in the search of commitments and forms of innovative cooperation; f. representation of the interests of members in public life; g. information on cultural and social issues h. networking of members between them and the Arts Branch at the national and international level.
Art. 5 secretariat organizations must have a secretariat regularly accessible at fixed times.
Section 4 Procedure and other provisions art. 6 requests the organizations that have already received support during the period 2012 to 2015 may, subject to the necessary appropriations, get to 2016 a structural contribution to an amount similar to that of 2015, provided they continue to meet the formal conditions of the support.
The federal Office of culture (OFC) concludes a contract of services with recipients of structural contributions. This contract sets including the amount of financial assistance and benefits to be provided by the recipients.
Art. 7 ceiling financial aid do not exceed 70% of the operating costs of the organization.
Art. 8 expenses recipients are required to: a. publicize the support given by OFC; b. communicate all necessary information in relation to the allocated contribution to the OFC.
Art. 9 trade the OFC invites cultural organizations in 2016 in order to proceed to a State of affairs and an exchange of views.
Section 5 entry into force and duration art. 10. this order comes into force on January 1, 2016.
It has effect until August 31, 2016.
