811.112.03 order of the DFI on accreditation of courses of training postgrade of the Medical University of August 20, 2007 (status on 1 July 2011) the federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA), view the art. 11, al. 6, of the Ordinance of 27 June 2007 on graduates, University training, postgraduate training and exercise of academic medical professions, stop: art. 1 purpose this order defines the quality standards applicable to courses of Postgraduate academic medical professions.

Art. 2 accredited postgraduate courses will be accredited courses of study leading to a title federal postgraduate postgraduate in: a. human medicine; b. dentistry; c. chiropractic; Oud. Pharmacy.

Introduced by chapter I of the O of the DFI from June 1, 2011, in effect since July 1, 2011 (RO 2011 2915).

Art. 3 quality standards quality standards achieved the accreditation criterion defined in art. 25, al. 1, let. b, of the law of 23 June 2006 on the medical professions (medical) for the courses of postgraduate in the sense of art. 2. the postgraduate courses, which must be accredited, are examined from the perspective of the quality standards so as to check whether they meet the criteria for accreditation referred to in para. 1. the quality standards referred to in the annex are applicable.
