946.513.7 order on the salaries of the Secretary of State for the economy in the area of accreditation (Oem - Acc) from March 10, 2006 (Status January 1, 2012) the federal Council Swiss view of art. 16 of the Federal law of 6 October 1995 on technical barriers to trade (THG), stop: art. 1 scope and field of application this order regulates the fees to be paid when the Secretariat of State for the economy (SECO), the Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS), makes a decision or provides benefits for services which fall within the field of accreditation.

Art. 2 supplement on the salaries the SECO can perceive the following supplements on fees: a. up to 50% for works that are provided on request emergency or outside normal hours of work; ETB. up to 100% when it comes to work being done knew the basis of ex-acquired experiences, and to avoid that the taxable person enjoy undue advantages over previous taxpayers.

Art. 3debours disbursements are part of a fee and are calculated separately.

Art. 4 quote SECO shall give prior notice the taxable person of the amount of the costs involved.

Art. 7 finance for registration with the application for certification, a finance of 1500 CHF for works registration are related (opening a file, information, documentation, interviews) must be paid by the applicant.
The amount of finance for registration is charged immediately after the filing of the application for certification.

Art. 8Primes annual for the administrative work carried out each year in favour of organizations accredited, SECO collects an annual premium, including: a. update the records of accredited organizations; b. the representation and defence of the interests of accredited organizations, in Switzerland and abroad; c. support and information from organizations accredited.

Organizations with several of the bodies referred to in para. 2, let. a to d, get the following discounts: a. 20% of annual premiums if they have two sites; b. 30% of annual premiums if they have three or more.

Annual premiums from the same organization are capped at 35 000 francs.
In case of surrender of an organization, its accreditation or withdrawal of accreditation premiums for the current year must be paid, pro rata temporis within 60 days after the waiver or binding withdrawal of accreditation.

Art. 9 entry into force this order comes into force on April 1, 2006.
