Art. 3-beginning and end of insurance insurance has effect from the day where the unemployed person meets the conditions of article 8 LACI or collects compensation in accordance with article 29 LACI for the first time.
It ceases to have effect at the end of the thirtieth day following that where the unemployed person has fulfilled the conditions of article 8 LACI or perceived benefits under article 29 LACI for the last time.

Art. 4 the right to daily subsistence allowance DSA accident insurance is paid regardless of wait times (arts. 14, 4 para., and art. 18, 1 al., LACI) or suspension (art. 30 LACI) days which must be observed.

Accident insurance pays all delivery when incapacity for work of an unemployed person is more than 50 percent; she pays half of delivery when the incapacity for work exceeds 25 percent, but does not exceed 50 percent. Incapacity to work of 25 percent or less does not give right to diem.
If an accident occurs as part of a temporary employment program or a professional training course, diem match which would be allocated to the insured person not participating in a temporary employment program or a professional internship.

Art. 6 interim earnings according to article 24 LACI if the insured person withdraws an interim earnings of an employed activity, it is up to the insurer of the undertaking concerned to allocate benefits in case of accident at work.
Insofar as the interim earnings based non-professional accident insurance, it is up to the insurer of the undertaking concerned to allocate benefits non-professional accident that occurs where the unemployed person withdraws or days should have intermediate gain. Article 99, 2 paragraph, of the Ordinance of 20 December 1982 on accident insurance is not applicable.
If the insured person withdraws an interim earnings from self-employment, the onus is on the NAC to allocate benefits in case of accident.
Accident during salaried or independent activity providing the interim earnings, diem matches that would be allocated to the insured without interim earnings.

The non-professional accident insurance premium rate is the same for all people unemployed.
If the unemployed participate in programs of temporary employment, professional internships or training measures, the unemployment insurance compensation body pays the NAC of the premiums for the risks they face during these activities. The premium rate is the same for all these people.
On the basis of the experiences gained in terms of risk, the NAC may, on its own initiative or at the request of the unemployment insurance compensation body, change premium rates, with effect at the beginning of a calendar month.
Changes to premium rates must be communicated to the body of compensation for unemployment insurance at least two months before they become effective.
The NAC is a statistic of risk relative to the unemployed workers.

Art. 12 transitional provision accidents suffered the unemployed before the entry into force of this order are governed by the old law.
