832.205.27 order 09 allowances increase to pensioners of accident insurance mandatory October 29, 2008 (Status January 1, 2009) the Swiss federal Council, view the art. 34, al. 2, of the Federal Act of 20 March 1981 on accident insurance, stop: art. 1. the beneficiaries of the compulsory accident insurance pension receive an allowance for inflation amounting to 3.7% of the pension that was allocated to them until then. the al. 2 is reserved.
For annuities born since January 1, 2007 and which relate to accidents occurring after January 1, 2004, the allowance is fixed according to the following scale: accident year Allocation of price increase as a percentage of the pension 2004 6.0 2005 4.5 2006 3.7 2007 2.9 0.0 2008 art. 2 is considered to be year of the accident within the meaning of art. 1, al. 2: a. for pensions calculated pursuant to art. 24, al. 2, of the Ordinance of 20 December 1982 on accident insurance (OLAA): the year preceding the opening of the pension entitlement; b. for pensions calculated pursuant to art. 31, al. 2, OLAA: the year preceding the opening of the right to the supplementary pension.

SR 832.202 art. 3. the order 07 of November 15, 2006 allowances increase to pensioners of accident insurance mandatory is repealed.
