The Government provides.



section 1 of the Government in accordance with the third paragraph of section 23 of the Act (1997:1137) if the road fee for certain heavy vehicle fee in the following amount for the year 2017.



section 2 of the Following fees apply to vehicles which do not comply with the requirements laid down by the European Community of Council Directive 88/77/EEC of 3 december 1987 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to measures against the emission of gaseous pollutants from diesel engines for use in vehicles, as last amended by European Parliament and Council Directive 96/1/EC of 22 January 1996 amending Directive 88/77/EEC :
