Scope of application



paragraph 1 of this regulation, there are provisions for tertiary education at the undergraduate and graduate level as a aims to supplement previously dedicated to subject knowledge in other academic subjects than vocational subjects in order for the student to be able to pass the teacher students according to annex 2 of the higher education Ordinance (1993:100). At least one of the subjects included in the examination shall be such a topic for which there is a shortage of applicants to courses leading to teacher students.



The training is designed for individuals who have a degree at the doctoral level.



Where the course is arranged



section 2 of the training should be organised at the State universities or high schools covered by the higher education Act (1992:1434) and the Government decides.



With high schools referred to in the future, both universities and colleges.



What education intends



section 3 of the programme shall be for educational science core and clinical education, placed in relevant activities and subject.



Training in the educational centre should correspond to 60 credits and the placement should be equivalent to 30 ECTS credits.



Applicable provisions



paragraph 4 of the higher education Act (1992:1434), there are basic provisions for higher education. The higher education Ordinance (1993:100) to be applied to education, unless otherwise provided for by this regulation.



Specific admission requirements



section 5 of the special access to education concerning paragraphs 6 to 9 in place of the rules of special jurisdiction in Chapter 7.

8-11 and section 25 of the higher education Ordinance (1993:100).



The provisions of Chapter 7. 3 of the higher education Ordinance for exemption from any competence also applies to eligibility conditions laid down in this regulation.



section 6 of the special access to education are the



1. a degree at the doctoral level, or an equivalent foreign degree, and



2. the subject knowledge required by section 7 or 8.



section 7 Of the programme leads to teacher students with emphasis on work in grades 7-9, required subject knowledge in a subject of instruction in grades 7-9 that corresponds to the intermediate studies of at least 90 credits.



The University is within the framework of its mission to organise the training decide which teaching subject requirement referred to in the first subparagraph shall apply.

Selection

If the applicant's degree to PhD level or equivalent foreign degree relates to teaching or a subject wholly or mainly attributable to the subjects in which the applicant's subject knowledge shall refer to special jurisdiction under section 7 or 8, he or she is given priority to education.



High school may provide for which selection criteria are to be used.



Admission



section 12 of The wishing to be admitted to an education in accordance with this Regulation shall notify it within the time and in the manner that the University decides.



Implementation of training



section 13, Every education should be organized to study on a full-time basis for twelve consecutive months.



section 14 of the learning plan for training must, in addition to that resulting from the higher education Ordinance (1993:100), given the extent of the training the student should have completed after six months of studies.



Teacher students



section 15 for teacher students attained after a student has gone through the training requirements set out in sections 16 to 20.



For teacher competence referred to in the first subparagraph is Chapter 6. paragraph 5, second subparagraph, of the higher education Ordinance (1993:100) and annex IV to that regulation do not apply.



section 16 of teacher students referred to in section 15 that is focused on work in grades 7 to 9 and includes subject studies in a subject of instruction should be completed at the undergraduate level and is reached after the student has completed course requirements of 180 ECTS credits. For graduate student must



1. have completed a training as referred to in paragraph 3 and shall be considered equivalent to a total of 90 ECTS credits in accordance with the second subparagraph,



2. prior to the training has completed course requirements that includes subject studies about 90 credits in a teaching subject, and



3. within the framework of the course requirements have not less than an independent project (degree project) worth at least 15 ECTS credits.



The student shall, by completing a training referred to in this Regulation shall be deemed to have completed studies that include educational science core 60 ECTS credits and placement of 30 ECTS credits. As set out in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance (1993:100) to the orientation given with a limited number of subject combinations do not apply for teacher competence referred to in the first subparagraph.



In addition to what is provided for in the first subparagraph, and without prejudice to the second subparagraph, the requirements for teacher students listed in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance and which do not correspond to the requirements of the first subparagraph.



section 17 teacher students referred to in section 15 that is focused on work in grades 7 to 9 and includes subject studies and should be completed in two academic subjects at the undergraduate level and is reached after the student has completed course requirements of 225 credits. For graduate student must



1. have completed a training as referred to in paragraph 3 and shall be considered equivalent to a total of 90 ECTS credits in accordance with the second subparagraph,



2. prior to the training has completed course requirements that includes subject studies about 135 ECTS in two academic subjects, and



3. within the framework of the course requirements have not less than an independent project (degree project) worth at least 15 ECTS credits.



The student shall, by completing a training referred to in this Regulation shall be deemed to have completed studies that include educational science core 60 ECTS credits and placement of 30 ECTS credits. As set out in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance (1993:100) to the orientation given with a limited number of subject combinations do not apply for teacher competence referred to in the first subparagraph.



In addition to what is provided for in the first subparagraph, and without prejudice to the second subparagraph, the requirements for teacher students listed in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance and which do not correspond to the requirements of the first subparagraph.



First to third subparagraphs shall not apply when the degree includes subject studies in two of undervisningsämnena Swedish, civics or music.



section 18 teacher students referred to in section 15 that is focused on work in grades 7 to 9 and includes subject studies in three academic subjects or two of undervisningsämnena Swedish, civics or music should be completed on the second level. For graduate student must have completed a course of training referred to in paragraph 3 and what is stated in the second and third subparagraphs.



The student shall, by completing the training is considered to have completed studies that include educational science core 60 ECTS credits and placement of 30 ECTS credits. As set out in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance (1993:100) to the orientation given with a limited number of subject combinations do not apply for teacher competence referred to in the first subparagraph.



In addition to what is provided for in the first subparagraph, and without prejudice to the second subparagraph, the requirements for teacher students listed in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance.



section 19 of teacher students referred to in section 15 that is focused on work in secondary schools, which includes subject studies in a subject of instruction should be completed at the undergraduate level and is reached after the student has completed course requirements of 210 ECTS credits.

For graduate student must



1. have completed a training as referred to in paragraph 3 and shall be considered equivalent to a total of 90 ECTS credits in accordance with the second subparagraph,



2. prior to the training has completed course requirements that includes subject studies about 120 ECTS credits in a teaching subject, and



3. within the framework of the course requirements have not less than an independent project (degree project) worth at least 15 ECTS credits.



The student shall, by completing a training referred to in this Regulation shall be deemed to have completed studies that include educational science core 60 ECTS credits and placement of 30 ECTS credits. As set out in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance (1993:100) to the orientation given with a limited number of subject combinations do not apply for teacher competence referred to in the first subparagraph.



In addition to what is provided for in the first subparagraph, and without prejudice to the second subparagraph, the requirements for


teacher students listed in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance and which do not correspond to the requirements of the first subparagraph.



section 20 teacher students referred to in section 15 that is focused on work in secondary schools, which includes subject studies and should be completed in two academic subjects at the advanced level. For graduate student must have completed a course of training referred to in paragraph 3 and what is stated in the second and third subparagraphs.



The student shall, by completing the training is considered to have completed studies that include educational science core 60 ECTS credits and placement of 30 ECTS credits. As set out in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance (1993:100) to the orientation given with a limited number of subject combinations do not apply for teacher competence referred to in the first subparagraph.



In addition to what is provided for in the first subparagraph, and without prejudice to the second subparagraph, the requirements for teacher students listed in annex 2 to the higher education Ordinance.



Transitional provisions



2016:705



1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 15 July 2016.



2. Regulation expires on July 15, 2021.



3. A student who has gone through the training provided for in this regulation and which meet the requirements for teacher students according to §§ 15 to 20 are entitled to obtain such a teacher students until July 14, 2024.
