Article 1 the provisions of paragraph 1 of the first and third paragraphs of the law (1970:498) if
protection for weapons and some other official designations owns the corresponding
application in the case of an intergovernmental organization coat of arms, flag,
emblem, designation or abbreviation of the title to the extent
set out in annex to this regulation.
Image of the coat of arms, flag or emblem shall be submitted by the National Board of patents and
Registration Office will be published in the Agency's registration journal

Competent provincial Executive in respect of the provincial coat of arms is the County Administrative Board
has its registered office within the province or County Administration in the County that
contains the largest part of the province. Prior to the ruling of the
case concerning the landscape consultations shall weapons take place with other
the County Board as the matter concerns. Regulation (1994:408).
section 3 of the application for authorisation referred to in paragraph 2 of this shall be given in writing.
The application form shall contain
1. applicant's name or business name and address,
2. clear indication of the pattern or sign the application
regards,
3. indication of the type of goods or services for which the pattern or
the sign shall be used or if the conditions under which
coat-of-arms otherwise shall be used in the course of trade,
4. the grounds on which the applicant invokes in support of its application.
To the application form must be accompanied by clear image of the pattern
or sign in at least three copies.
4 section at the request of the authority hearing the application referred to in this regulation
to the national archives give an opinion in the matter. Application may not be accepted without
such an opinion has been obtained, if not the case apparently has no
heraldic interest.
For the opinion referred to in the first subparagraph, the applicant
authorization to pay a fee of 600 kroons to the national archives. Fee
