§ 1 the Court shall, within one week to the Inspectorate for health care
the National Board of health and social care and send a copy of a judgment by

j) 4 or 4 a of the Act (1951:649) of punishment for certain
driving offences,
k) the narkotikastrafflagen (1968:64),
l) Act (1982:316) prohibiting genital mutilation of women,
m) Act (1991:1969) prohibiting certain doping substances,
n) Act (1992:860) on the control of narcotic drugs,
o) Act (1999:42) banning certain products which are hazardous to health,
p) section 6 of the Act (2000:1225) about the penalties for smuggling,
q) Act (2003:148) If penalties for terrorist crimes;
r) 1, 2, 4 to 11 and 13 of the Act (2014:406) of punishment for
genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
In the case of offences referred to in the first subparagraph 2 a-i, l-o, q and
r, a copy shall be sent only if no other penalty than a fine has

Transitional provisions

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2001.
2. in the case of offences under the Act (1960:418) of punishment for
smuggling of goods applies to the regulation in its older version.
