paragraph 1 of this regulation prescribes the following advantages

According to the social security code:



1. General child allowance,



2. extended child allowance, and



3. large family supplement.

§ 3 When a benefit is granted shall notify the insurance fund

4 § The receiving general child allowance shall, without delay, make

notification to the Swedish social insurance agency



1. when the beneficiary or the child leaves Sweden for a

time likely to exceed six months,



2. when the change in the question of custody of the child,



3. when the cohabitation ceases who founded the right to

large family supplement under Chapter 15. section 12 of the social code,

or



4. when the alternating property ceases which founded the right to shared

child support.

8 b of the benefits shall be lifted 20 in

the payment month. If the payment date falls on a

Sunday, another public holiday, a Saturday or

Midsummer's Eve, the benefits could be lifted next of

Transitional provisions



1986:386



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1986, when the proclamation

(1973:452) on the application of the law (1947:529) concerning the General child allowance

shall cease to be valid.



1995:1501



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1996. Older

regulations, however, still in the case of large family supplement

payable in accordance with paragraph 2 of the transitional provisions

to Act (1995:1494) amending the Act (1947:529) concerning the General

child support.



2010:1668



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2011. Older

regulations apply in respect of benefits relating to the period prior to

the entry into force.
