Introductory provisions



section 1 of this regulation, the Government announces interim provisions

If high school school management and skollednings grant m. m. for the time

from 1 July 1987. The principals shall apply the regulation

in its planning for that time.



The regulation sets out detailed rules relating to the



1. skolenheter, etc.,



2. Deans and directors,



3. special features and



4. skollednings contribution.



section 2 of the regulation referred to in

What is otherwise stated in the regulation on school Assistant principal,

fee services as principal or Director or head teacher

or head of Department shall not apply, unless

subject to this regulation.



Regulations in the school regulation or administrative provisions relating to the principal

or Director of studies at skolenhet with secondary school, instead

refer to the principal or Director of studies at secondary schools in the municipality or

the Executive Committee of the municipality.



Skolenheter m. m.



General provision



section 4 of The principal schools shall be organized in one or more

skolenheter in accordance with the requirements of 6-10 sections.



Point system



5 section For calculation of the scale of a secondary school principal in

a financial year includes a scoring system. According to this is calculated



a) 1.5 points for every started 30 of the total number of

students in each grade level in a skolenhet on the following routes, namely

two-year deployment and Office line, two-year operations and

maintenance technical line, two-year economic line, two-year aesthetic-

practical line, two-year trade and Office line, two-year

Consumer line, two-year music line, two-year social line, two-year

social service line, two-year technical school, three-year economic line,

three-year Humanities line, three-year natural science program, three-year

social science as well as four-year technical school,



b) 1.5 points for each started 16-number of the total number of

students at different line in a skolenhet,



c) 1.5 points for every class of specialization course covering academic year,



d) 1 point for each class of the special course as in the reporting year

covers less than a year but not less than one semester,



e) 1 point for each initiated 20 weeks of such

Special courses at skolenhet that during the year of less

than one semester,



f) 1.5 points for each started 800-number lessons in terms of skolenhet

to which such a practice in the town on four-year technical skolverk line is

set referred to in the provisions of HR plan;



g) 0.5 point for every commenced five pupils in secondary

apprenticeship,



h) 1 point for student home linked to secondary school and are

under the same management as this.



Includes a grade parts of two successive financial year,

is calculated for each financial year in terms of keeping half of the

specialization course 0.75 points for every class and financial year.



For class of special school that have been shifted to buildings which are part of

For the purpose of calculating points under this section, the lines with

integrated HR plans is calculated separately. In doing so given 1.5 points for each

begun 30 pupils, regardless of the line and the grade to which they belong.



Branch education is included in the calculation of the scale of

secondary municipal schools pursuant to this section. In doing so, it is considered

Branch education belong to the secondary unit to which the

Branch education is organizationally linked.



Calculation of points for a financial year shall be based on the

conditions which are known on 15 may preceding the year.



Organization of skolenheter



section 6 of the Education in a secondary school principal may be carried out at



1. skolenhet who have only high school or secondary school and

one or more other school forms under the leadership of a principal in

secondary education (secondary device),



2. skolenhet who have adult education schools under the guidance

of a principal in adult education,



3. skolenhet who have primary and secondary school under the guidance of a

the principal of the elementary school.



section 7 of The secondary device shall comprise a minimum of 10.5 credits for high school,

subject to the provisions of section 8 or 9.



section 8 A secondary device may include 6-10 points for secondary school and

-1.5-9 points for adult education, on the score of secondary education is

In the case of adult education is calculated for a financial year on the one hand, 1.5

points for each started 800-number lessons in grundvux, on the other hand, 1.5 points

10 § On a grammar school principal doesn't have enough material for

elementary school.

Secondary devices of type A and type B



section 13 A secondary device is of type A or type B.



If a municipality has only a secondary device counts the disconnect that type

all high school units which have two-year agricultural line, two-year

forestry line or two-year garden line or special course on

the same level and in the same area.

1. the following two lines, namely construction technical

line, clothing technical line, distribution and Office line,

operation and maintenance technical line, el-tele technical line,

vehicle technical school, trade and Office line, consumer line,

Food Tech line, process technological line, social service line,

träteknisk line, line engineering and medical school and

Special courses at the same level and in the same areas as the said

lines,



2. secondary apprenticeship,



3. grade 4 of the four-year technical line and



4. education programs based on such courses/programmes referred to

in 1-3.



In other cases, the secondary device of type B.



14 § When the branch training is organizationally attached to a

secondary drive (main unit), the character of the main unit by type (A)

or type (B) taking into account also the branch training.



Main unit and branch unit shall be common school management.



Distribution of pupils at skolenheter



section 15 if it is for a principal school is two or more

skolenheter with the same study path, the students on study path

distributed at skolenheterna in view of what is appropriate

from the communication point of view, for what it takes to effectively

Deans and directors



Organisation of services



16 section for the management of each secondary unit by type A or type B,

Duties



section 21 Regulations on obligations in chapter 13. 7-9 §§ school regulation

(1971:235) apply for head teachers at secondary schools.



The principal of a high school unit of education for agriculture, forestry

or horticulture shall also



1. manage the administration of the school of agriculture, training forest or

school grounds, if the Board of Directors of the school determines that,



2. managing the planning and management of test operations at the school of agriculture,

the practice of forest or school grounds, unless the School Board releases principal

from these obligations.



The principal of a high school unit have both comprehensive school and

adult education should also provide students in adult education

information and advice about study shape at the courses.

§ 32 Municipalities and county municipalities are entitled to receive State aid to

the cost of teaching as part of the services or to costs

for overtime,

The sum of the product shall be rounded to a number with two

decimal places. If the third decimal is any of the numbers 5-9,

the second decimal place is rounded up.



37 § contribution to skollednings resources calculated on the basis of



1. the sum of the product in accordance with paragraph 36 and



2. the amount provided by the Government for each financial year determines a

skollednings resource.



38 section When a municipality's comprehensive school in cases referred to in section 6 of the 2 or 3

included in the work area for the President at any other school type is calculated

skollednings resources in the same manner as specified for secondary units in 35-

-37 sections.



section 39 the Government determines for each financial year a preliminary and

a final amount for a skollednings resource.



40 § a service as the principal or Director of studies without

wages are matched by a full skollednings resource.



Skollednings resources shall not be used for the cost of

wages included in such services. State aid to

the cost of the President's and undergraduate education on wages and left

instead in the form of general educational grants. Government Announces

specific provisions concerning the General educational grants.



Weekly wages for each hour that is included in the services

principal and Director of studies shall not be taken into skollednings 0.048 resources

claims.

section 42, subject to the restrictions imposed by this section determines

the Board of Directors of the school on the allocation and use of

skollednings resources. All skollednings resources as determined

under section 36 shall be used for school management and special features.



About education at a municipal or County Municipal high school drive

at least 26 points in accordance with sections 5 and 12 of secondary device

calculated the minimum resources to be used to provide services that

principal and Director of studies, as well as special features. Minimiresurserna

shall be calculated in the following way.



Secondary unit's share of skollednings resources calculated on the basis

Special provisions



44 section Regulation (1981:449) concerning the reduction of certain State aid to

municipal education shall apply to skollednings contribution referred to in

This regulation.



Transitional provisions



1986:1081



1. This Regulation shall enter into force two weeks after the date of

Regulation on the reportedly was released from pressure in Swedish

Code of statutes. The regulation applies to end of June

1987.



2. The fee services as principal and Director of studies, additional services

as Assistant principal and fee services provided by head teachers

and head of Department in secondary schools may remain so

long after the end of June 1987, necessary to get

subject to paragraph 8.



3. For those who at the end of June 1987 is in possession of a regular service

principal or Director at a skolenhet with schools in a

municipality or county municipality shall mandate from 1

July 1987 refer to regular service as principal or Director of studies at the

the municipality's or County Municipal high school. The Board of Directors of

the school shall determine the President's or undergraduate education work area.



4. For those who at the end of June 1987 is authorised until further notice

without a time limit on a fee service as President of special

skolenhet type 1 at upper secondary school in a municipality or county municipality

should the appointment with effect from 1 July 1987 refer to regular service

as President of the municipality's or County Municipal high school, on



a. the service principal within the framework of the skollednings resources

may be used for services as principal and Director of studies in accordance with section 42,



b. the President meets the conditions for access to such a service within the meaning of

section 23 and



c. the headmaster wishes to obtain such appointment.



The Board of Directors of the school shall determine the President's working area.



5. For those who at the end of June 1987 is authorised until further notice

without a time limit on an extra service as Assistant Rector of the

Special skolenhet type 1 at upper secondary school in a municipality or

county municipality shall mandate from 1 July 1987 refer to

regular service as Director of studies at the municipal or

the Executive Committee of the municipality's schools, if the Deputy head teacher desires to have

such appointment.



6. For those who at the end of June 1987 is authorised until further notice

without a time-limit on the amount of service as Director of studies at a

skolenhet with comprehensive school in a municipality or county municipality shall

the appointment with effect from 1 July 1987 refer to regular service

Director of studies at the municipal or County municipal school,

a. the position of Director of studies within the framework of the

skollednings resources that may be used for services as principal and

Director in accordance with section 42 and



b. vice principal desires to have such appointment.



7. Any person who desires to have a service in accordance with paragraphs 4 to 6 shall notify the.

Notification made to the County School Board and is submitted to the Board for

school.
