§ 9 sound editing Board determines the amount of the aid for

include costs for marketing and subscriber training.

9 a of the newspaper companies that received aid under this regulation
shall, at the request of the Board to sound editing give an accounting of the
income and expenses for the release of radio or
kassettidningen. Regulation (2010:768).
10 § sound editing Board may determine the conditions for the aid. Such conditions
may be subject to the obligation of the receiving newspaper company to completely
or partially pay back the amount that has been paid, if the conditions
not been met.

Transitional provisions
1988:582
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1988, then regulation
(1982:669) on support to radio and cassette newspapers shall cease to
apply.
2. Older rules still apply in the case of aid
adopted before the entry into force.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1991.
2. If there are special reasons, the Board for sound editing support
concerning the financial year 1991/92 provide for derogations from the provisions of section 9 other
paragraph.
