Introductory rules
Article 1 this regulation lays down rules on the activities
during the war, and the war danger within the school system as
a municipality or a County Council is the principal of.

Primary and special school
section 3 of the municipality shall ensure that all below school age children who reside there
receive the prescribed training in its primary school.
section 4 of the principal may make such modifications in the HR plans and
curricula for primary schools and undergraduate programs that may be needed

upper secondary school for pupils with learning disabilities may decide that the data provided by the County Council

Schools and school forms in adult education
section 8 in relation to education in health areas in secondary school

Planning of training activities
section 12 of A municipality and a County Zoning under
Regulation (2006:637) of municipalities and County Council actions
before and during extraordinary events in peace time and height
readiness shall, in respect of the activities referred to in this
Regulation, be carried out after consultation of the Administrative Board and

The County Board decides, in accordance with the Regulation (1992:391) for removing the
property for national defense needs, the premises may be used for

paragraph 16 of the decision of the Board of education pursuant to this Regulation shall
be appealed to the provincial government.
The County Board's decision pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.

Transitional provisions
1991:1195
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1991.
2. The regulation repeals the Ordinance (1988:1129) on municipal and
County municipal school, m. m. during the war and during the war danger.
3. for the purposes of the provisions of §§ 9-11, referred to in the meantime
until 1 July 1992 with both municipal adult education
adult basic education for adults under
the adult education Act (1984:1118) as in force on 30 June 1991, partly
with sfi basic language training under the Act
(1986:159) concerning basic Swedish for immigrants in its
amended on 30 June 1991.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on July 1, 2011.
2. Older provisions still apply for municipal
adult education, adult education for the mentally handicapped and
Swedish for immigrants at the end of June 2012.
