Introductory rules



Article 1 this regulation lays down rules on the activities

during the war, and the war danger within the school system as

a municipality or a County Council is the principal of.



The provisions for war or danger of war shall also apply

When there is such extraordinary conditions

caused by war or armed dangers which the Kingdom has been

The provisions of 3 to 11, 15 and 16 sections, relating to operations

during the war, and the war danger, if the Government

planning, applies without special decision of

2 § With school activities referred to in this regulation the forms of

training specified in section 1. Regulation (2011:568).



Primary and special school



section 3 of the municipality shall ensure that all below school age children who reside there

receive the prescribed training in its primary school.



section 4 of the principal may make such modifications in the HR plans and

curricula for primary schools and undergraduate programs that may be needed

for the training to be conducted. Regulation (2011:568).



paragraph 5 of The county councils, which are responsible for education in

upper secondary school for pupils with learning disabilities may decide that the data provided by the County Council

have to be taken over by the municipality where at porsön is located.



A municipality may decide that one or more

school units of undergraduate programs should be closed.

be pursued insofar as conditions permit.

section 7 a municipality may decide that compulsory schooling pupils in

the basic allowance up to fulfill his schooling in municipal

elementary school under section 3.



The principal for undergraduate programs must ensure that students may

the oversight and care they need, either in their

guardian or by the County Council, the local authority

authorities or other authorities.

Schools and school forms in adult education



section 8 in relation to education in health areas in secondary school

and municipal adult education, the main man, as far as possible

Priorities in terms of personnel, premises, etc.

special education for adults or education in Swedish

for immigrants and instead use the resources for

section 11 of the personnel, facilities, and equipment for a municipality

high school, municipal adult education, special education

for adults, or education in Swedish for immigrants needed

labour market training or education within the framework of the

an employment program, the County Administrative Board after

the production of the public employment service may decide that the municipality's

by the principal under section 10.

education in areas other than health care area.

Planning of training activities



section 12 of A municipality and a County Zoning under

Regulation (2006:637) of municipalities and County Council actions

before and during extraordinary events in peace time and height

readiness shall, in respect of the activities referred to in this

Regulation, be carried out after consultation of the Administrative Board and

section 13 municipalities and counties shall notify the County Board on the need for

premises for the school activities during the war and during the war danger.



The County Board decides, in accordance with the Regulation (1992:391) for removing the

property for national defense needs, the premises may be used for

school activity. Regulation (2004:745).

14 repealed by Regulation (1993:755).



15 repealed by Ordinance (2002:1163).



paragraph 16 of the decision of the Board of education pursuant to this Regulation shall

be appealed to the provincial government.



The County Board's decision pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.

Transitional provisions



1991:1195



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1991.



2. The regulation repeals the Ordinance (1988:1129) on municipal and

County municipal school, m. m. during the war and during the war danger.



3. for the purposes of the provisions of §§ 9-11, referred to in the meantime

until 1 July 1992 with both municipal adult education

adult basic education for adults under

the adult education Act (1984:1118) as in force on 30 June 1991, partly

with sfi basic language training under the Act

(1986:159) concerning basic Swedish for immigrants in its

amended on 30 June 1991.

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on July 1, 2011.



2. Older provisions still apply for municipal

adult education, adult education for the mentally handicapped and

Swedish for immigrants at the end of June 2012.
