section 1 of the Act (1991:1109) on education in some cases

There are regulations to municipalities and County Councils may perform the

§ 3 contract training must not impair the conditions for the

regular training and the opportunity to receive such training.



4 § Participants in education can be taught together with

regular students (co-education) or in their own groups (separate

continuing professional development).



Coeducational should follow applicable regulations for the respective

training.



Score



paragraph 5 of those participating in education may be given according to

provisions for comparable regular training in

secondary schools, municipal adult education, special education

for adults, or education in Swedish for immigrants if



1. the contract follows one or more of the course or

the subject plans applicable to the comparable regular

education, and



2. teachers have a qualification equivalent to that of

teachers in the comparable regular education.

section 6 is repealed by Regulation (2011:312).



Transitional provisions



2011:312



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on July 1, 2011.



2. for the purposes of the regulation, the adult education

for the mentally retarded be equated with specific training

for adults and Swedish for immigrants equated

with education in Swedish for immigrants.
