Introductory provision
section 1 of this regulation provides for the enforcement of the law
(1992:1402) about undanförsel and destruction.
Undanförsel
Planning

Each authority has a responsibility under section 18
Regulation (2006:942) on emergency management and preparedness
to design undanförsel of property that principally
used within the Agency's area of activity.
Military will plan undanförseln of materials to
engine repair service.
The following authorities shall, each within its area of responsibility,
design undanförseln of archival documents, books, works of art,
nature-and cultural-historical objects:
defence historical museums, national archives, national library,
National Heritage Board, State historical museums,
National Museum with Prince Eugen's Waldemarsudde, Modern
the Museum, the State's music collections, livrustkammaren, Skoklosters
Castle and the hallwyl Museum, Museum of natural history,
Swedish national museums of world culture, national maritime museums and
The State's Center for architecture and design. Authorities shall

Each authority is monitoring the responsible authority pursuant to the Regulation (2015:1052) concerning emergency preparedness and surveillance measures by the authorities responsible at the preparedness to design undanförsel of property used principally within the Agency's area of activity.
Military will plan undanförseln of stock to engine repair service.
The following authorities shall, each within its area of responsibility, design undanförseln of archival documents, books, works of art, the natural and cultural history: the national museums, the national archives, the national library, the National Heritage Board, State historical museums, the National Museum with Prince Eugen's Waldemarsudde, Museum of modern art, the State's collections of music, the Royal armoury, skokloster Castle and the hallwyl Museum, Museum of natural history, national museums of world culture, national maritime museums and the State Centre for architecture and design. Authorities shall consult the design with the Swedish civil contingencies Agency.
The Swedish civil contingencies Agency will coordinate the planning of undanförsel. Regulation (2015:1056).
section 3 of Each County Board shall schedule the undanförsel in the
own county who are not scheduled according to section 2. The County Board shall
in so doing, consult with the armed forces. Regulation (2000:904).

Destruction

of property that is located in their County.

Decision on destruction

A decision on destruction may not include medical

Common provisions
Compensation
15 § § 12 Compensation under the Act (1992:1402) about undanförsel and disposal
decided by the County Administrative Board in the county where the property is located.
16 § at the examination of questions relating to compensation in accordance with sections 13 and 14 of the Act
(1992:1402) about undanförsel and destruction shall 21--25 § § disposal-
Regulation (1978:558) is applied.
The compensation shall be paid under section 26 disposal regulation.
section 17 of an authority may decide on undanförsel or destruction,
agree with the person who owns or possesses property to he for the purposes
as stated in paragraph 5 of the Act (1992:1402) about undanförsel and destruction shall move
or destroy property and thus have the same right to compensation as if the
the action taken following decision on undanförsel or destruction.
Additional enforcement regulations
section 18 of the defence forces may, after consultation of the Authority for
civil contingencies Agency provide for
planning the destruction of fixed installations
mainly used for transport.
The Swedish civil contingencies Agency, after consulting
of the relevant authorities provide for scheduling
undanförsel and of destruction, in cases other than the first

section 20 of the defence forces may, after consultation of the Authority for
public safety and emergency preparedness and other relevant authorities
provide for the enforcement of decisions on
the destruction of fixed installations that are mainly used
for the transport sector.
The Swedish civil contingencies Agency, after consulting
of the armed forces and other relevant authorities notify the
regulations for enforcement of the decision on the destruction of

section 21 Is Sweden in war or war danger, the armed forces, having regard
to what military operations require, decide on the implementation of the
established undanförsel or destruction. Regulation (1994:656).
