1 § With watercraft as referred to in this regulation a vehicle whose
length of less than four meters and that
1. have an internal combustion engine having a water jet pump as its
its primary source of propulsion and
2. is designed to be delivered by one or more persons
sitting, standing or kneeling on, rather than

The County Board may also provide for the delimitation of
General shipping lanes for use of jet-skis, if necessary
that such nuisance or injury risks referred to in the first
paragraph 3 should not occur, as well as about driving to and from
General shipping channel.
In paragraph 4 (a), there are special rules for contest or
display.
The County Board may provide for signs of such
areas referred to in the first subparagraph.
The County Board shall keep appropriate information
available to the public about where personal watercraft may be used.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1994.
1995:217
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 april 1995. Decisions that have
granted prior to the entry into force in accordance with the provisions of the older appeal.
