1 § With watercraft as referred to in this regulation a vehicle whose

length of less than four meters and that



1. have an internal combustion engine having a water jet pump as its

General shipping channel.

areas referred to in the first subparagraph.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1994.



1995:217



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 april 1995. Decisions that have

granted prior to the entry into force in accordance with the provisions of the older appeal.
