Introductory provision
section 1 of this regulation, connect to that provided for in the Act (1993:1742) on protection of the provincial information.
Permission to manufacture and storage
section 2 of the armed forces, the Swedish Maritime Administration and the geological survey may carry out hydrographic survey pursuant to section 3 of the law on protection of the provincial information.
Questions about permission to survey vessel in general are heard by the armed forces. The maritime administration shall provide the armed forces with the information that the armed forces need to be able to assess whether a State may be expected to cause harm to the hydrographic survey for the Swedish defence forces.

the military or civil defense forces ' facilities are located
and further details on these plants function as well as
information given that could serve as a basis for planning
of a hostile attack against Sweden, consent is granted
only if the database content is not likely to cause injury to
total defense, then the content should be used only for a particular
purposes or for compliance with special security measures.

section 6 of the national land survey of Sweden may grant municipalities, authorities, companies
or other individual exceptions from licensing to
establish databases of provincial information. National land survey of Sweden,
also notify the regulations which allow for derogation from the requirement of
permission for establishment of databases containing landscape information
of a particular kind, or for a specific geographical
area.
Exceptions may be granted only if it is not likely to have
injury to the Swedish defence forces. Regulation (2008:698).
section 7 of the defence forces and the Swedish civil
readiness shall provide the information to the national land survey of Sweden as
Sweden needs to be able to assess whether a database will
to contain such information as may be expected to cause injury to
Sweden's total defense or whether exemptions can be granted from

aerial photographs and similar registrations from aircraft, maps
on a larger scale than 1:100 000 and other compilations of
landscape information under section 6 of the law on the protection of
landscape information.
Questions about permission to dissemination of such
compilations of landscape information examined by
1. The armed forces when it comes to aerial photographs and similar
registrations from the aircraft;
2. The maritime administration maritime maps and other
compilations of information that only pertains to
Sweden's territorial waters, and
3. the national land survey of Sweden, for other compilations of
landscape information than is said in 1 and 2.

Transitional provisions

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1994,
Map Privacy Regulation (1975:372) expires.
