section 1 of the Regulation (1996:1357) on State compensation for health
care to asylum seekers, there are provisions for State
compensation for health care, etc. for certain aliens
referred to in article 1, first subparagraph 1 and 2 the Act (1994:137) about
reception of asylum seekers, and others. and the aliens referred to in 11
Cape. the first and second subparagraphs of paragraph 2 of the Aliens Act (2005:716).
In this Regulation provisions on the levy
foreigners themselves will pay (health care fee) when the right to
the remuneration referred to in the first subparagraph.
For other health and dental care than provided for in 2-4
and 8 sections to foreigners paying care fees in accordance with the
