section 1 of the Regulation (1996:1357) on State compensation for health

care to asylum seekers, there are provisions for State

compensation for health care, etc. for certain aliens

referred to in article 1, first subparagraph 1 and 2 the Act (1994:137) about

reception of asylum seekers, and others. and the aliens referred to in 11

Cape. the first and second subparagraphs of paragraph 2 of the Aliens Act (2005:716).



In this Regulation provisions on the levy

foreigners themselves will pay (health care fee) when the right to

the remuneration referred to in the first subparagraph.



For other health and dental care than provided for in 2-4

and 8 sections to foreigners paying care fees in accordance with the

grounds that the caregiver determines. Regulation (2006:119).

section 8 Foreigners shall pay a fee of 50 SEK for treatment

of a dentist in dental care.



Dental care at a dentist in dental care is free for

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2004. Older

rules still apply for costs incurred

before the entry into force.
