Introductory provisions



Article 1 this regulation lays down special provisions relating to vehicles and

operation of vehicles used by the municipal organization for

emergency services in training and preparedness.

Traffic rules



Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 6 of the Road Act (1975:1313)

Offroad driving Regulation (1978:594) and the highway code

(1998:1276), vehicles used by the municipal organization

for emergency assistance in rescue efforts during the preparedness

Transitional provisions



1995:137



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1995.



2. The regulation repealed road traffic Decree (1974:98)

civil defense.



3. where a regulation or regulation referred to

4. Any reference in this regulation to the provisions of

motor vehicle (1972:595), car records the proclamation (1972:599)

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1999.



2. Any reference in this regulation to the provisions of

motor vehicle (1972:595), car registry announcement

(1972:599) or highway code (1998:1276) shall instead

refer to the corresponding older provisions in so far as these are applicable at
