Introductory provisions



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on fees for

to finance state electrical safety operations (electrical safety-

fee), the activities of the power authority (network monitoring fee)

as well as the measures and activities referred to in elberedskapslagen

(1997:288) (elberedskapsavgift).



With the power authority "means the authority referred to in Chapter 1. 6 §

Electricity Act (1997:857) appointed by the Government.



With elberedskapsmyndighet referred to the authority under paragraph 3 of

second subparagraph elberedskapslagen (1997:288) designated by

the Government. Regulation (1997:866).

Fee

Transitional provisions

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1996, when
