Article 1 for the purposes of this regulation be given Government subsidies to construction

of public snowmobile trails and other facilities for snowmobile traffic

in connection with such joints as well as for information about

the joints. The meaning of constructing public snowmobile trail and

operation of such a step is shown by paragraphs 8 and 11

Contributions be made to the extent that the availability of funds. Contributions submitted

only to municipalities.

Application and examination



section 6 of the application for a grant shall be submitted to the County Board in the County

where the General snowmobile trail or facility is intended to be

situated or located.



When the application submitted to the County Board, County Administrative Board

with own opinion turn over the case to the Swedish environmental protection agency.

The County Board shall give their views on what

shown in section 7 and enter the priority among the offers received

If the General snowmobile trail or facility is intended to be

situated or located in multiple counties, the County Administrative Board in

1. a description of how the requirements set out in paragraph 3 are met,



2. a description of the consultation process with the landowners concerned

3. a timetable for the implementation of the General snowmobile trail

or the plant and



4. an economic calculus.



section 8 of the environmental protection agency decides on grant.



Contributions should primarily be given to General snowmobile trail or

plant



1. specified in the municipal planning,



2. included in areas where the terrain is regulated in the General

snowmobile trail or



3. seeks to resolve conflicts between different interests.

§ 9 decision on contribution shall indicate:



1. the recipient of the contribution,



2. the cost of the allowance under section 5, and



3. the time when the General snowmobile trail or facility

must be completed,



4. the control in terms of the work that

5. the other conditions of grant which the Swedish environmental protection agency

determines and



6. the recipient's obligation to provide a statement of the amount

use and final report of the action taken.

Supervision

Appeal



paragraph 13 of the decision under section 12 may be appealed to the Government.



Decisions taken pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.
