It in Luxembourg on 20 May 1980, dagtecknade the Convention on

recognition and enforcement of decisions concerning child custody

children and on restoration of custody of children has for Sweden

United Kingdom

and Northern Ireland, 1986-08-01 in accordance with article 17,

recognition and enforcement

of decisions concerning the custody of

the cases referred to in articles

8 and 9 be refused even to such

grounds which are prescribed in the

Article 10. In accordance with article

24 the Convention apply

only in the United Kingdom and

Northern Ireland alongside the Falkland Islands

and the Isle of Man.
