General provision



1 § in addition to the regulations with the appropriations for

Social insurance contained in other statutes apply what

provided for in this regulation. Regulation (2004:902).



Normgivningsbemyndiganden



section 2 of the health insurance fund may provide



1. on the obligation of the insured or as otherwise

Enforcement regulations



section 3 of the insurance agency may announce further provisions concerning enforcement of 1. social security code when it comes to social security protection, pregnancy cash benefit, parental leave benefits, adoption allowance, care allowance, daily allowance, rehabilitation, rehabilitation allowance, illness benefit, activity compensation, disease carrier compensation, närståendepenning, disability allowance and housing allowance, 2. social security code when it comes to application for housing benefit to the sickness compensation or activity compensation, 3. the provisions of chapter 110. 14 § 1 and 2 of the social security code requests and visits, 4. Act (1993:332) of free medical benefits etc. for some HIV-positive individuals, and 5. Act (1991:1047) about sick pay in case of payment of compensation pursuant to section 20 of the law on sick pay.



Before insurance agency Announces rules on social security protection, the authority shall obtain an opinion from the authority, if regulations on issues related to the Authority's activities.



Before insurance agency Announces rules on grants adoption of foreign children, the authority shall obtain an opinion from the authority on family law and parental support. Regulation (2015:978).



section 4 of the health insurance fund may provide for the

Transitional provisions



2000:1051



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2001. For time

until the end of year 2002, section 3, paragraph 1 in its previous

wording still apply except in the case of Chapter 9.
